Usage: The scraper is installed under the forming machine, to accept hot glass gobs and the kick-off fromed articles, to let them broken and cooled down in the water, and then scraps them out of the water tank.

Description of Structure ＆ Working Principle

1. The scraper is consisted of a geared motor, a drive sprocket wheel assembly, a water tank, a press sprocket wheel assembly,

2. Hot glass gobs from the feeder and the kick-off fromed articles fall directly into the water tank, broken by the water and the fragments fall to the bottom of the tank, then the fragments are scrapped by scrap sheet along aslope channel, and fall out off through an exit mouth at the top of slope channel.

3. If there are bigger glass blocks, the press sprocket wheel assembly can concede to avoid the damage of the scraper.
